Yoga is a moving meditation. Hatha yoga is a 5000 year old practice. It involves asana (postures), breathing (pranayama) and meditation. Yoga is a wholistic approach to help you balance your mind, body and spirit. Consistent practice with help you in all aspects of your life.

Some of the many benefits of yoga include muscle toning, strength, flexibility, balance, stress reduction as well as weight loss.

Vinyasa yoga, or flow yoga, is a style of hatha yoga where the postures are linked together in a continuous flow. It is very energizing and fun! Class always ends with a soothing savasana (relaxation) incorporating music and massage!

I offer private and group classes in your home or business, on the beach, or at the park. Yoga is so wonderful you can do it anywhere!!
